  • 5 to 6 ripe tomatoes
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • half tsp granulated sugar (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 chopped jalapeno pepper with seeds
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 or 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
  • half a teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Step no 1

Step two includes cutting and chopping all ingredients into small pieces. Cut tomatoes into 3 to 4 halves, chopped green and red onions, chopped jalapenos, garlic cloves, and cilantro.

Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor including chopped items, lemon juice, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper, and sugar if tomatoes are not ripe.
